This is a complete alternator kit that will fit most big block sideshaft motors. Examples include Predator 301, 420, and 459 from Harbor Freight. This can be used with or without the torque converter plate. If you use the torque converter plate you will need to put the included 3/8 spacer on the shaft. This alternator is capable of 20A (240W).

It will come as a complete bolt on kit and will include the following: Mounting plate, machined pulley, fan belt, voltage regulator, alternator mounting bolts, and wiring harness. Because not all motors use the same size bolts it will NOT come with the 4 bolts to mount it to the side of the motor itself.

This is designed to be used with a torque converter pulley as in a go cart application. If you need it for another application please send us a message first and we'll do our best to help you determine suitability!

The finished plate will be zinc plated, NOT raw like it shows in the pictures. The pictures will be updated once I have them back from the plating shop.

Wiring is as simple as connecting the red wire to the battery lug on the starter. The regulator is grounded to the motor through the mounting plate so you must ensure a good ground connection.
