This kit is as close to a bolt in conversion kit as you can get to install a sideshaft motor in your buggy that had a GY6. Unbolt your entire rear swingarm and bolt this in its place.

It will fit "big block" sideshaft motors such as Predator 301, 420, and 420. It will NOT fit the V-twin or 212 motors, though we are working on solutions for those.

The lowest price (DEFAULT) does NOT include the gearbox, axle, or bash plate. The gearbox and axle can be purchased from us or from Amazon.

It can be run with or without the reverse gearbox.

The kit will come with heim joints for the lower connection. It will include the 3 jackshaft pillowblock bearings, 3/4" jackshaft with threaded ends and nuts, a large number of stainless spacers to ensure proper spacing, jackshaft mounting bolts, 12T #420 jackshaft sprocket, gearbox to axle chain tensioner, and motor spacing tool.

A rock gaurd/bash plate is also available, but is not included at the lowest priced option.

If you order the axle from us we will include a split sprocket to mount on the axle for free! Please contact us to help decide how many teeth you want on the axle sprocket. The gearbox has a 1:1.3 reduction in forward and 1:2.6 in reverse.

The yellow one in the pictures is the newest version. The blue and black are older prototypes. We will update with newer photos as we get them.

The bashplate can only be ordered with a kit. Add it to your shopping cart at the same time as everything else.

Default powdercoat color option is textured black but custom options are available.
